HemBorta's policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have bought an item and have changed your mind about it, then we’ll be happy to accept it back. Please Contact Us and let us know what you intend to do and ensure that that the item(s) are returned within 1 week. Your item(s) must be securely returned to us unused and in their original packaging (with tags, manuals, accessories etc.).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 working days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an message via the Contact Us form.
To return your product, you should first get in touch with us via the Contact Us form prior to shipping any items and we will advise on how best to procced.
N.B. do not send any returns to our registered office address as orders and returns are processed at a different facility.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee the receipt of your returned item as this remains your responsibility.
